This song is about child indoctrination into religion. Which I find disgusting. The samples in the song are of Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens. I'd call this one the "single." It's my personal ode to Devin Townsend's "Addicted" album which I absolutely love!
lyrics
Fallacies taught to the seedlings of faith
Faith
Progeny forcibly blinded by reverence
For fathers imaginary friend
Ever think you weren't born this way?
Or all your taught was to obey?
Ever feel your back against the wall
When all their tales seem much too tall?
No, I escaped it all
Get your mind away from me
God no
A pun so literal
Blind but you were born to see
Your life placed on the altar
Faith made you throw it all away
But When belief falters
Could you delude yourself to stay
Now is the time for you to be so much better than you were
Don't be hostile
Now flying free, the zest for life restored
Won't be long now
Your life placed on the altar
Faith made you throw it all away
But when belief falters
Could you delude yourself to stay
